As Director and Group Chief Executive Officer, Deven Naidoo provides strategic direction, commercial oversight, and integrated business leadership across the Procuresy group. His role spans the full group — from advisory and sourcing through to commodities, engineering services, and international operations.
Deven's leadership is characterised by a practical, execution-oriented approach — ensuring that Procuresy's commercial commitments are matched by real delivery capability and governance discipline at every level of the business.

Desen Naidoo
Group Chief Operating Officer
As Group Chief Operating Officer, Desen Naidoo brings more than 17 years of operational leadership experience across retail, recreation, BPO, food manufacturing, logistics, entertainment, and financial services environments, with a strong track record in full P&L ownership, multi-site operations, and business growth.
Desen works alongside the Executive Leadership Team to oversee Procuresy's operational performance, governance, and strategic execution across the Group — strengthening governance, protecting the Procuresy brand, and supporting the successful delivery of projects across the Consulting, Engineering, Commodities, ESG, and Business Advisory divisions.
